at home
I opened the back of the greenhouses because of the warm weather. Pretty soon, Olive came through from next door east and barked and wiggled but, as usual, would not let me pet her. The open greenhouse doors no longer serve as a barrier.

I worry because the little dogs from next door can get under our fence and out onto the road. This made it more urgent to get the greenhouse emptied, already my project because of the weekend heat wave.
Skooter enjoyed the sun. Yesterday, I had been cold in the wind while watering at home in the evening; today, I found it a little too warm at around 70 F.

Olive had words with me from the back door of the greenhouse.

I dragged out all the plants but some agaves, put some cannas in the pond and some cannas in the ground, and only asked Allan to help by dropping one or two plants into the semi-broken water box.

I got all my rather sad overwintered succulents out onto round tables in the patio and boxes elsewhere.

The greenhouse almost empty, and just a few plants left in the cooler walk-through awning:

Allan mowed at the J Crew Cottage, which was already long again…

…and Alicia’s back yard park.

In the evening, I accidentally interrupted something in the water canoe.

Tomorrow: back to the work week.
